These are the terms for using draftdrill, run by Adam Afzainizam (Muhammad Adam bin Afzainizam), in Malaysia. By using the site, you agree to them.
A practice tool, not an assessment
draftdrill marks your drawings automatically, and the marking can be wrong. It is for practice. It is provided as it is, with no promise that it is accurate, complete or always available. Check anything important, such as coursework or exam preparation, with a teacher.
Limits of responsibility
As far as the law allows, the builder is not responsible for any loss that comes from using draftdrill or relying on its marks, including results in a class or an exam.
The content
The exercises, drawings, text and code of draftdrill belong to the builder, and all rights are reserved. You may use the site to practise, and a teacher may use it with a class. You may not copy, republish or sell the exercises or their answers.
Using the site fairly
Please do not flood or attack the site, send automated requests to it, try to extract the answers by automated means, copy it wholesale, or misuse the problem report form. The site limits how often requests can be sent, and may block anyone who does these things.
Supporting draftdrill
Support through DuitNow or Ko-fi is a voluntary gift. It buys nothing, unlocks nothing, and is not refundable.
Changes
The site may change or stop at any time. These terms may change too; the date at the top shows when they last did.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
